Lose Weight... By Drinking Beer?: "It may seem unlikely – but doctors believe drinking up to one pint of beer each day could help you lose weight.
The experts from Spain said that by eating a Mediterranean diet, and drinking moderately, you can be healthier than those who don’t. This combination could also cut your risk of suffering high blood pressure.
Dr Ramon Estruch, lead researcher at Barcelona University, said: “Moderate beer consumption is associated with nutritional and health benefits. It does not necessarily mean weight gain since it has no fat and calorie content is low.”"
