The centre, in Benalmádena, says the prizewinner can donate their winnings to another person if they wish.
Already, 450 people have purchased draw tickets, including Brits, Spaniards and other nationalities.
The only prerequisite is that entrants are over the age of 55, but in the city is no time limit to claim the free funeral once the winning ticket is drawn in the first week in March.
