Britain's only listed cinema group is making its first foray overseas 16 years after it was founded.
Cineworld, which operates 78 sites in the UK, said it is buying the fifth biggest cinema group in Spain.
Cinesur, which is the largest operator in the Andalucia region of Spain, runs 11 multiplexes and has a total of 136 screens.
